(I) Today, at the MTTC round table, Wilfred, Chris, Sonny, Jeffrey and Andrew worked out the groups among our players; and herewith below are the division:

a)       GroupY = Chris Tam (77), Bill Ip (77estm), Jeff Mah (78), Michael Luk (76estm), David Ho (70estm) & Dickson Yuen;

b)       GroupS = Sonny Sie (60), Andrew Tang (65), John Kan (67), Victor Tong (68), Wilfred Wei (69estm) & George Cheng (69);         where estm = ex-school team member; and c)       please advise the undersigned if you do not want to participate at this round-robin game.

(II) the rules and regulation of the game will follow Wilfred’s as per article 2) below.

(III) the schedule will follow Wilfred’s proposal and be finished in two (2) Saturdays, i.e. NOV03 and NOV10; and Andrew shall work out individual matches at the week of the 28th October; and defaulter is responsible to get his opponent(s) to play on the 3rd Saturday, i.e. NOV20, or any other mutually agreed upon dates, as per article 3) below.

(IV) the playoff will be started on the 4th Saturday i.e. NOV24; and be finished on the 5th Saturday i.e. DEC01; and after which a family dinner (with spouses) will be held at 6:00 or 6:30 pm on the first of December 2012. By adhering to the above proposed schedule, we shall avoid our busy Christmas festivities.

(V) Andrew shall maintain and publish the score weekly.

Today, we have six (6) players; and the MTTC stored-value card = 46 as per attached.   Due to the WYKAAO AGM & Dinner held on Saturday, the 27th October, most of our members will not be able to come for the practice and inclusive of those away on vacation, we have decided to cancel one (1) practice session on Saturday, the 27th October 2012.
