Dear So Har,
I am devastated by the sad news. I Whatsapp’ed him in October and he was still in very good spirit and positive about his treatment. He was forever smiling and so gentlemanly and I had always looked up to him as my big brother. I am very glad that I was able to see him last year during the Wah Yan Scouting Reunion.
Take care,
肥肥

I remember clearly that William came to Hong Kong House to pick me up very early in the morning, the next day I was first time in London for an English course for 1 year.  True to his scouting spirit, he mapped out every step for my “Getting to know London in a day”.  I was so equipped with it that I became an expert guide for the rest of our group. Thank You, William, A Great Scout.
