Scouting in Hong Kong

Scouting in Hong Kong-2 small  Scouting in Hong Kong Chinese
Dear all,

Thank you all again for the delicious dinner and the wonderful gathering.  I was very impressed that we have so many old HK Scouts in Toronto and truly enjoyed seeing many of you again and meeting others for the first time.  Thank you Stephen, Thomas, and Louis for making the arrangements and driving me around,  I really appreciate it.

Below are the details related to copies of the history of Hong Kong Scouting which you have ordered.

  • James Chan:      Chinese (1) (Pick up by Nelson Cheng)
  • Lai Wing Fook:      Chinese (1) (Pick up by David Lai)
  • Paul CM Tsang:      Chinese (1) (Pick up himself, 90998588)
  • Anthony Ho:      Chinese (1), English (1) (Pick up himself)
  • Mo Kam Hung:      Chinese (1) (Pick up by David Lai)
  • Elizabeth Lung      Mi Ling: Chinese (1) (Pick up by Nelson Cheng)
  • David Lai Chi      Hung: Chinese (1) (Pick up himself)
  • Thomas Chung:      Chinese (1), English (1) (Pick up himself)
  • Fred Cheung:      Chinese (1) (Pic up himself)
  • Ambrose Cheung:      Chinese (1), English (1) (Pick up himself)
  • Nelson Cheng:      Chinese (1), English (1) (Pick up himself)

Please note that for the Chinese version you should pay the discount price of HK$125 instead of the regular price of HK$250, based on the discount for members which will end on October 31, 2013, even though most of you will pick up the books later, while for the English version you should pay the regular price of HK$250.  You may collect the books from Van So the Scout Executive at the Admin Branch (10/F, the Scout Centre, Scout Path and Austin Road, TST, Kowloon), and can pay by cash or HK$ check when you collect the books.  I will sign these books upon my return in late October so they should be ready before you collect them.

I have copied Van So on this message so she is aware of the agreed arrangements.

I sincerely hope to see at least some of you again soon, in Hong Kong or in Toronto.  In the meantime, take care and stay healthy!

Thanks and yours in Scouting,

Paul Kua
