Summary of Discussion<\/b>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anthony chaired the discussion at 19:05 and referenced last meeting held on the 10th<\/sup> October 2013;
\n2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Andrew prepared the minutes and Jeffrey took the photo as a record at the third meeting;\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Arising from Previous Minutes
\n3<\/b>)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 membership database has been set up with identified scouts;
\n4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 website has been set up with photos from The Shield (since 1952) and The Star (before 1952); while Leo Chu works at his Face Book platform;
\n5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anthony reported that Mr Paul Hua, the Deputy Commissioner (management) of the HK Scout Association was unable to come and attend the 30th<\/sup> \u00a0WYKAAO Celebration Gala; and thus, the related tasks could not be realized;
\n6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 due to the limited space at the Paramount Caf\u00e9 Tiramisu, the \u201cshow-and-tell\u201d session was not able to be arranged;\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Potential Upcoming Events
\n<\/b>7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anthony suggested to organize the \u201cHome Coming\u201d event next year to coincide with the 80+ anniversary of 11th<\/sup> Kowloon Group ; have John Ho (65) to coordinate in HK; invite Mr Paul Kua, the Deputy Commissioner of the HK Scout Association to attend; ask the senior scout masters to sponsor the event;
\n8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Henry asked why the colour of our 11th<\/sup> Group uniform was changed from grey to blue; and Anthony was going to find that out;
\n9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anthony suggested that we could have a get-together of 11th<\/sup> Kowloon Group at the free annual picnic of WYKAAO in 2014.
\n10)\u00a0 John suggested, with the annual \u201dHome Coming\u201d event and the hosting of the 50th<\/sup> Anniversary Reunion of the 65ers in HK in November 2015, we could coordinate the two events and take advantage of out-of-towners during that period of time;\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Other Business
\n<\/b>11)\u00a0 there being no further business, the next meeting would be held after the CNY and scheduled on Wednesday, the 12th<\/sup> February 2014, at the Paramount Times Banquet Hall at 10:45 hour; and
